Upcoming Important Dates: August 31- September 3 GES Office open Tuesday, September 7 First Day of School 11:20 am-1:35 pm                   For your information Cross Boundary Transfers will not be made until September, when schools know their numbers.  Students should return to their home schools until decisions have been made regarding cross boundary placements. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this request. If you have any questions or concerns please check in the office with our Administrative Assistant, Ms. Vicki Beeman or Principal, Mr. Mark Heidebrecht.

Welcome to our Website Welcome to the Gibsons Elementary School Website. Our website provides you with some basic information about GES. The Monthly school calendar is updated regularly-- click on the left navigation bar to link to this site. The GES Principal is Mark Heidebrecht and Vicki Beeman is the Adminstrative Assistant. Te school office will be closed over the summer-- we will be available as of Tuesday, August 31st.

PARKING LOT CONCERN ***Childrens' Safety First*** For those parents picking up , or dropping off your children in the the GES parking lot on School Road it is important that you drive slowly and that you keep the traffic flowing. Please park if your child is not ready for pickup. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this request.

Homework Club The Community School will sponsori the GES Homework Club starting in the fall. Information will be posted when available.

No Electronics Policy We have adopted a no electronics policy for our students, as it has become an ongoing problem. We ask that students not bring electronic devices to school. Students who have cell phones are asked to turn them off during the school day. Students may use the office phone if needed and parents can contact the office if there are messages that you want us to pass on to students. (604-886-2612)
